Getting started on a repair for an E-bike can be confusing. Get started with your service by sending us an email at Info@evaderebikes.ca and one of our certified technicians will be happy to steer you in the right direction!

We are a full service shop here, which means we service all products we carry! Getting your E-bike serviced has never been easier. To schedule an appointment, simply call us at 519-265-488, send us an email at Info@evaderebikes.ca. Due to storage limitations may be unable to take non-scheduled drop-offs at our storefront. Please contact us before coming to our store to ensure we are able to receive your bike!

We believe that a comprehensive repair that leads to longevity is the most important aspect to repairs. This means that we would never send out a bike that we ourselves are not happy with. We service both mechanical and electrical portions of all Ebikes and Powersports we sell. Brands of Powersports and Ebikes that we do not sell may not be able to be serviced at our location due to limitations on parts/diagrams. Please contact us if you have a Powersport vehicle or Ebike that is not in our catalogue you would like to have serviced.

E-Bike and E-Scooter Battery installation includes installation of the new batteries, new wiring and connectors, sealed connector ends, and disposal of your old batteries - $50

* All batteries must be open and accessible without the use of tools for Evader Ebikes staff to preform any Battery Test Service.

Leaving Your Bike For Service
Evader Ebikes always aims to get service completed on all customer bikes as quickly as possible. All timeframes given are estimates ONLY. Evader Ebikes cannot be held liable if the estimate of repair is not met. Outside factors such as parts availability, shipping times, and originally unseen issues may effect the time it takes to repair a bike. Evader Ebikes will make all reasonable attempts to complete the repair in the estimated timeframe and keep the customer updated on all developments during the repair.

After receiving a phone call advising that repairs have been completed, customers are given five business days to come and retrieve their bike. If their bike is not picked up after five business days, the bike will be transferred to our warehouse for an additions transport fee of $50.00 and customers will be charged a storage fee of $25.00 per week.

Loading E-Scooters Being Picked Up & Unloading E-Scooters Being Dropped Off
Customers bringing bikes in for service are required to unload their Bike from their vehicle/trailer themselves. Evader Ebikes staff are not permitted assist with the unloading process.
Customers picking up bikes and loading them into vehicles or onto trailers are solely responsible for loading and securing the bikes. Evader Ebikes staff are not permitted assist with the unloading process.

Delivery and Pickup

$75 Flat Rate In-Town Pickup! (City of Guelph City Limits)

We understand that sometimes getting your E-Bike to and from our store may be difficult, which is why we offer delivery and dropoff! Our delivery rate is $25 + $2.50/km.
